Far Infrared Sauna
Harnessing The Sun's Healing Energy

Sauna sessions available for established clients only

Far Infrared Sauna is a heat therapy, using far infrared (FIR) light energy that is found in sunlight to heat the body and stimulate healing at the cellular level. FIR light energy resonates with the water molecules inside the cells, stimulating warmth and detoxification. As the body warms, the lymphatic system mobilizes, moving stored toxins to the organs of elimination and out of the body.

FIR light also increases cellular energy, collagen and elastin production by the skin, circulation, muscle relaxation, and speeds injury recovery, boosts metabolism, and burns calories and fat.

The unfortunate reality is that we live in a toxic world and we ALL have a toxin burden that is likely contributing to a myriad of health issues. Far infrared sauna offers a gentle, yet effective therapy to stimulate healing and detoxification of insecticides, herbicides, solvents, toxic metals, and natural body waste.

Hydration &
Electrolytes

It is vital to ensure adequate hydration and electrolyte balance during sweat-inducing therapies. Proper water consumption will help those mobilized toxins find their way out of the body. We recommend adding a dash of sea salt to drinking water to replete vital electrolytes. Please come to your sauna session well hydrated and bring your water bottle along with you.

Sauna use is typically very safe and effective, but should be avoided in certain conditions, such as open wounds, poorly controlled diabetes, pregnancy & breastfeeding, heart failure, and cardiac arrhythmias. You should consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

If you experience dizziness, weakness, nausea, pounding heart, or feeling uncomfortable, end your sauna session early and ensure proper hydration and electrolytes.
